Sociálna poisťovňa says it plans to open a full client centre in Bratislava’s Eurovea shopping centre in summer 2027. The office is expected to be on the first floor at Pribinova 8 and to open from 9:00 to 20:00 Monday through Sunday, except public holidays. An exact opening date has not yet been announced.
Visitors will be able to obtain advice and submit documents relating to pensions, sickness benefits, accident insurance and guarantee insurance. Staff will also help people activate their Electronic Insured Person Account and use the mobile app. Specialised medical assessment work will not be offered at the new centre.
The services will be available to clients from across Slovakia. This is particularly relevant to pension applications: following the removal of local branch jurisdiction, clients may choose a convenient office instead of being limited to their place of residence.
The centre is intended to replace and expand the advisory kiosk that has operated in Eurovea since March 2025. According to Sociálna poisťovňa, demand at the kiosk increased by more than 120% year on year, with questions about electronic account activation, insurance payments and pensions among the most common requests.
