Customs CIS services to be offline on the mornings of 26 and 27 October

Finančná správa has announced two planned interruptions affecting production customs information systems, known as CIS. The services will be unavailable on Monday 26 October and Tuesday 27 October 2026.

Both outages are scheduled for the early morning, from 05:00 to 06:00. Customs-system users should account for these windows when submitting data or completing operations that depend on CIS.

If disruption continues beyond the announced window, Finančná správa advises checking the current service notices on its portal. Outside the normal 08:00–16:00 working hours, users may also contact the relevant customs office or their software supplier.
