Electronic customs systems to go offline for three hours on 24 October

Finančná správa has announced a planned shutdown of production customs systems on Saturday, 24 October 2026, from 21:00 until 24:00. The maintenance affects the IS CEP Central Electronic Folder and the eCommerce portal for low-value consignments. The authority says the work is needed to update the system environment and deploy production changes.

During the three-hour window, users will not be able to submit or process electronic entry summary declarations or customs declarations for exports, imports and transit. The affected services include DS/eDovoz/eDovoz-CCK, ECS/ICS, ePP, eCommerce and AES.

Electronic transit declarations through NCTS-P5 will be unavailable at both offices of departure and destination. Electronic messages sent through the IS CEP and eCommerce filing gateways will also be interrupted.

Businesses should take the maintenance window into account when planning customs operations. Finančná správa says current availability information for the affected systems will be published on its portals.
