Municipal organisation MARIANUM has introduced extended arrangements for All Saints’ Day and the Commemoration of the Faithful Departed. Bratislava’s municipal cemeteries will open daily from 07:00 to 20:00 between 1 and 8 November 2026.

The office at Šafárikovo námestie will open from 08:00 to 17:00 on 26–30 October. Offices at Vrakuňa Cemetery and the crematorium and urn grove open 09:00–16:00 on 24–25 October, 08:00–17:00 on 26–30 October, and 09:00–16:00 on 31 October and 1 November. Visitors can handle grave-rental payments, contact details, contracts, transfers and stonework permits.

A free electric shuttle runs from 08:00 to 17:00 until 1 November at Slávičie údolie, Vrakuňa and the crematorium and urn grove. Touchscreen grave-search kiosks are available at 12 cemeteries.

Stonework is prohibited on 26–30 October and vehicle entry will be controlled. Dogs, bicycles, scooters and e-scooters are not allowed. The city advises visitors not to leave belongings unattended and to verify unknown contractors.

MARIANUM also asks visitors to sort waste and reuse undamaged glass candle holders where possible. It estimates that 86.8% of cemetery waste can be separated; eight-stream sorting points are available at Vrakuňa, Prievoz and Petržalka cemeteries.
