Finančná správa temporarily limits its contact form and EORI registration

Finančná správa has announced temporary restrictions affecting two online services. Messages cannot currently be sent to the tax and customs call centre through the contact form in the portal’s Contacts section. The telephone information line remains fully operational.

Online applications for an EORI number through the portal section for businesses and organisations are also temporarily limited. As an alternative, applicants may complete the form in Annex 2 to the current version of Slovak Finance Ministry Decree No. 161/2016 and email it to eori@financnasprava.sk.

For EORI registration questions, the authority lists the telephone numbers +421 908 940 390, +421 52 714 2858, +421 52 714 2841 and +421 917 607 323. The notice gives no restoration time for the online forms, so applicants should check the current status on the Finančná správa portal before filing.
