CIS customs systems to be offline from 21:00 to midnight on 31 October

Finančná správa will take the production CIS customs systems offline for maintenance from 21:00 to 24:00 on Saturday, 31 October.

Pre-arrival and customs declarations for exports, imports and transit cannot be processed during the window. DS/eDovoz, ICS2, ePP, eCommerce, AES, NCTS-P6 and electronic messaging through CEP and eCommerce will be unavailable.

The GDS client application will be permanently switched off after the outage. Help is available on working days from 08:00 to 16:00 at 048/43 17 222, option 5. Outside those hours, users should check portal notices and contact their customs office or software provider; persistent faults can be reported to poruchy.cis@financnasprava.sk.
