A discussion of the Czech Sdílené domy network and solidarity-based cooperative housing. Barbora Bakošová will share the experience of the Skorec v údolí project.
The event explores a model that keeps homes outside market resale and links rent to acquisition, repayment and operating costs. It covers shared governance, successes and difficulties within the cooperative, with light refreshments accommodating different dietary needs.
